Who We Are

Diane H. Wells graduated from Georgia State University in 1980 with a bachelors degree in accounting.  She went to work with a large accounting firm in the old Candler building in downtown Atlanta, Georgia, where she concentrated on financial audits of small businesses.  While working at this firm, she passed the CPA exam and was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Georgia.

After three years she went to work for a large local firm in Marietta, Georgia, where she concentrated on both financial audits and tax consulting for small businesses including minimization of income tax liability for business owners and related entities and implementation of tax deferral strategies.  Then, during one of the most tumultuous times in the history of tax law in this country (during implementation of the Tax Reform Act of 1986), she worked with a tax attorney in the area of personal and business tax planning and compliance.

During this time she was lucky enough to establish relationships with a few individuals and businesses and decided to strike out on her own.  Through the goodwill and generosity of those few, she was able to grow to a level where she, with the assistance of a small staff, performs tax and consulting services to over 150 individuals and 60 small businesses.
