Diane H. Wells, CPA, PC
Diane H. Wells graduated from Georgia State University and went to work with a large accounting firm in the old Candler building in downtown Atlanta, Georgia, where she concentrated on financial audits of small businesses. While working at this firm, she passed the CPA exam and was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Georgia. After three years she went to work for a large local firm where she concentrated on both financial audits and tax consulting for small businesses. Then she worked with a local tax attorney specializing in personal and business tax planning and compliance.
She started her own tax practice dedicated to personal service to valued clients. She specializes in tax planning and strategy in order to minimize tax liabilities for individuals and small to mid-sized businesses. She works closely with individuals and their families and has extensive experience working with new businesses from selection of the form of business to setting up accounting systems.
In addition to her CPA license she is a licensed real estate agent and a licensed insurance agent with access to all the resources available to those professions.
